如何獲取域名轉(zhuǎn)移密碼？

域名轉(zhuǎn)移注冊(cè)商時(shí)必須向原注冊(cè)商索取到 轉(zhuǎn)移密碼（auth-code）才能進(jìn)行。像Godaddy等國(guó)外注冊(cè)商，一般在控制面板上就可以直接點(diǎn)擊一個(gè)按鈕發(fā)送auth-code到域名所有人的郵箱之中，國(guó)內(nèi)的注冊(cè)商一般都沒(méi)有自由獲取轉(zhuǎn)移密碼的功能，需要聯(lián)系注冊(cè)商或之前注冊(cè)域名的代理商，人工索取轉(zhuǎn)移密碼，或提出要進(jìn)行域名轉(zhuǎn)出。這樣原注冊(cè)商一般會(huì)給出相應(yīng)的處理流程。

如果原來(lái)是通過(guò)萬(wàn)網(wǎng)、新網(wǎng)等注冊(cè)商的代理商購(gòu)買(mǎi)的域名，如果代理商不給轉(zhuǎn)移密碼，可以先向萬(wàn)網(wǎng)等 注冊(cè)商直接投訴，如果注冊(cè)商也不配合處理再向ICANN、CNNIC等注冊(cè)局投訴。

按照域名相關(guān)管理機(jī)構(gòu)的規(guī)定（ICANN域名轉(zhuǎn)移政策），原注冊(cè)商不能擅自拒絕或限制域名的轉(zhuǎn)出，也不能以任何名義對(duì)域名轉(zhuǎn)出額外收取費(fèi)用； 如果原注冊(cè)商以各種名義阻攔域名轉(zhuǎn)出或要求對(duì)域名轉(zhuǎn)出收費(fèi)的，

域名持有者可以按照以下方式進(jìn)行投訴；

國(guó)內(nèi)域名投訴方式： 投訴郵箱為supervise@cnnic.cn，投訴電話(huà)為010-58813000
 （國(guó)內(nèi)域名轉(zhuǎn)移，部分注冊(cè)商要求郵寄轉(zhuǎn)移申請(qǐng)表、身份證、營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件等資料才給轉(zhuǎn)移密碼。針對(duì)這種故意阻止轉(zhuǎn)移的行為，可以聯(lián)系CNNIC進(jìn)行投訴  投訴郵箱為supervise@cnnic.cn，投訴電話(huà)為010-58813000 。 投訴郵件中請(qǐng)注明你的域名，并附上身份證、營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照掃描件等資料，以便證明你是該域名的所有者，并且用域名所有者的郵箱來(lái)發(fā)郵件。   目前萬(wàn)網(wǎng)、三五互聯(lián)等注冊(cè)商不要求郵寄原件，直接在線(xiàn)上傳資料即可轉(zhuǎn)移域名，其他部分注冊(cè)商要求郵寄原件以阻攔轉(zhuǎn)移）

在域名轉(zhuǎn)移注冊(cè)服務(wù)商時(shí)，遇到原來(lái)的注冊(cè)商拒絕轉(zhuǎn)移的，或者以各種理由阻止轉(zhuǎn)移，涉及國(guó)際域名的問(wèn)題都可以在ICANN投訴。一般說(shuō)來(lái)因?yàn)镮CANN根據(jù)用戶(hù)投訴有權(quán)取消注冊(cè)商資格或進(jìn)行處罰，所以投訴是相當(dāng)見(jiàn)效的。通過(guò)在線(xiàn)提交問(wèn)題投訴注冊(cè)服務(wù)商的方式可以獲取轉(zhuǎn)移授權(quán)碼，投訴網(wǎng)頁(yè)中填寫(xiě)的情況說(shuō)明需提交英文版，可以參照模板格式修改對(duì)應(yīng)的信息使用。

一、登錄ICANN官方網(wǎng)站轉(zhuǎn)移表單提交投訴

1、填寫(xiě)基本信息，標(biāo)注*號(hào)的為必填
 
* Name 姓名，必須填寫(xiě)
Organization(if any) 組織機(jī)構(gòu)，非必填。
* Email address必須填寫(xiě)電郵地址方便注冊(cè)商（regestrar）聯(lián)系，必須用whois信息中域名所有人的郵箱。
Phone number(optional) 填寫(xiě)電話(huà)號(hào)碼，非必填。
* Domain name必須填寫(xiě) 投訴的域名，如abc.com ，注意不用填www. （上圖示例有錯(cuò)）。   此處只能填寫(xiě)單個(gè)，提交時(shí)系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)查詢(xún)注冊(cè)商  

2、Indicate the reason(s) 選擇投訴的問(wèn)題類(lèi)型，選域名轉(zhuǎn)移中遇到的相關(guān)的問(wèn)題。
 
My registrar blocked the transfer because I did not pay the transfer fee.
注冊(cè)商拒絕轉(zhuǎn)移，因?yàn)槲覜](méi)有支付轉(zhuǎn)移費(fèi)用。 （如果原注冊(cè)商要求收取轉(zhuǎn)移費(fèi)用或必須續(xù)費(fèi)一年才給轉(zhuǎn)，就選擇上這一項(xiàng)）

The registrar blocked the transfer because I have not paid for a pending or future registration period.
注冊(cè)商拒絕轉(zhuǎn)移，因?yàn)槲覜](méi)有支付到期前的注冊(cè)費(fèi)用。
My domain name has not expired and the registrar requested it be renewed prior to the transfer.
我的域名沒(méi)有過(guò)期，注冊(cè)商要求在轉(zhuǎn)移之前續(xù)費(fèi)。

I am the Registered Name Holder and my email address is listed as the registrant’s in the registration information, but the registrar requested proof of my identity 
我使用姓名和郵件地址與登記注冊(cè)信息一致，但注冊(cè)商還要求我提供身份證明。（一般勾選這一個(gè)即可）


The registrar blocked the transfer because there are payment defaults between the registrar and the reseller through which the domain was registered.
注冊(cè)商拒絕轉(zhuǎn)移，代理商和注冊(cè)商之間存在支付違約問(wèn)題。
The domain name is locked and the registrar did not update the status and did not provide me with means to update it.

Regarding the authorization code (auth-code) * 關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)移授權(quán)碼

 I tried to retrieve the auth-code from my control panel.  我嘗試了從控制面板獲取轉(zhuǎn)移碼
 I asked the registrar to provide me the auth-code, but it was not sent within the 5 days following my request.  我請(qǐng)求域名注冊(cè)商提供授權(quán)碼，但是在我提出請(qǐng)求后5天內(nèi)未發(fā)送。 （一般選這一項(xiàng)，因?yàn)閲?guó)內(nèi)域名注冊(cè)商的控制面板中一般都沒(méi)有獲取轉(zhuǎn)移授權(quán)碼的功能！）

But the agent xxx（注冊(cè)商）and its agent xxxx.xx（代理商） dont provide the auth-code to me. They ask me to renew the domain first which will cost me xx RMB and 60 days.I think I’m the domain owner and I have the right of transfering my domain by free。 But many domain agents in China (not only xxx)always set up many check points and collect fees to avoid customers transfering domain out of them。
Please ask xxx。com send the auth-code of mydoname.com to it’s owner email and regulate the behavior of Chinese agents。

二、大概1-5天內(nèi)，即可收到注冊(cè)商的回復(fù)郵件。

一般情況，域名注冊(cè)商直接提供域名的轉(zhuǎn)移授權(quán)碼。
如遭遇原域名注冊(cè)服務(wù)商阻攔，可以再次向ICANN投訴。投訴間隔一般最長(zhǎng)不超過(guò)7天，最短不要小于2-3天，需要關(guān)注注冊(cè)商工作時(shí)間，避免非工作時(shí)間處理延時(shí)。
若5天后沒(méi)有收到密碼可以按照以下模板繼續(xù)申請(qǐng)：

三、關(guān)聯(lián)百科

•域名所有人名稱(chēng)前期填寫(xiě)錯(cuò)誤是可以修改的，所有人電子郵件地址必須是正確可用的。
•使用域名whois信息上所有人或管理人的郵箱地址填寫(xiě)報(bào)告或投訴，以此證明管理身份。
•獲取到轉(zhuǎn)移密碼要及時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移，如果域名被鎖定（lock 或 hold狀態(tài)），時(shí)間過(guò)了轉(zhuǎn)移密碼也會(huì)失效。

•auth-code是域名授權(quán)碼,即通常說(shuō)的轉(zhuǎn)移密碼，不等同于域名管理密碼。

四、屬于合理拒絕的情況：

•欺詐行為的證據(jù)
•統(tǒng)一域名爭(zhēng)議解決政策（UDRP）處理
•法庭或仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)作出的裁定
•合理授權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓人存在爭(zhēng)議
•域名持有人前期注冊(cè)費(fèi)用欠款
•域名持有人提交了書(shū)面異議
•域名是“鎖定”狀態(tài)（需登記名稱(chēng)持有人提供合理理由解除鎖定狀態(tài)。）
•域名初始注冊(cè)時(shí)間未滿(mǎn)60天或剛轉(zhuǎn)移未滿(mǎn)60天。
